My Purpose
I love helping people! It’s my goal to provide you with articles, personal stories, recipes, and anything else that may help you become, stay, and walk like a vegan!
Being vegan is first and foremost about respecting animals. The fact that it happens to be the healthiest diet out there (of course I mean a whole-foods plant-based diet, not a junk food vegan diet filled with highly processed foods), and the most ecologically responsible way to live is an awesome benefit!
I’m not a doctor, so my advice and recommendations are based on my own experience and should be taken as such.
